General Provisions

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement on the welcome bonus must be met before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each offer must be used within a specified time period.
• The benefit of an offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Certain game restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• ph99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer.
• ph99 may cancel a bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.

VIP Program

ph99's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and enjoy greater benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

A member's regular gaming activity is evaluated to determine their VIP tier. ph99 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

Game and Betting Rules

A variety of games are available at ph99, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game or category has its own specific rules.

General Gaming Terms

• All bets and game results are considered final.
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical error, ph99 will review it and make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Bets may be voided if suspicious betting activity or unusual patterns are detected.
• Game results are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).

Sports Betting

Prohibited Conduct
